experienced co-ordinator to manage all your service providers on the day and
ensure it all runs as smoothly as you dreamed.

I can make this happen for you. From horses to dogs and even fish, let me know
and I can arrange for a groom to make your horse look stunning or a dog handler to
make sure they are cared for and can be a part of your day and photographs. They
are a part of your family, so why not include them. I personally had Barak my
Weimaraner attend our own wedding in his bow tie, so understand the logistics
involved. I have over thirty years experience with horses and have even been
involved with them professionally. If your requirements are more specialist we have
contacts with professional animal handlers to ensure your peace of mind!
12.All Tied Up - Once you have tied the knot and are off on honeymoon, the work does
not finish there. Pegasi can arrange for all the tying up of the loose ends left at
home, from returning hired suits to sending out thank cards to guests and service
providers.
13.Bridal Workshops & Girls Night In! - If you really want to plan your own wedding but
are nervous about how to go about it, we have the answer for you. We can offer
either a one to one workshop with checklists and worksheets to enable you to
efficiently and with confidence plan your own wedding. If you want help from your
family and friends then why not organise a Girls Night In and we can help you to
organise your friends and ensure they work to your wishes!
14.Venue & Supplier Sourcing - Are you looking for something extra special and getting
nowhere? We have an extensive supplier and venue portfolio, so ensure you work
with only the best suppliers for your special day. We carefully research, reference
and interview every supplier we work with. We can visit venues with you and ask the
questions you may not have thought of! After discussing your intended style,
location, theme and budget.
Costings and Charges
Pegasi Events always provides a full and detailed quote after an initial consultation with our clients. We never ask for a ever growing and unknown amount via a percentage of the total charge! We aim to save you money with proven suppliers that have experience and care about you and your event. Pegasi Events also have a number of exclusive discounts available from various suppliers and are able to work within your budget to your wish list!
